Design and Features

BPI-2 has three plates of 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 mm in depth and 2 mm in width joined with one general plate (1.5 millimeter in depth). A conductor is connected to each of them. The device is enclosed in a nylon body. The product has several configurations depending on operating environment and its purpose, therefore the price for BPI-2 varies. Characteristics:

Installation

BPI-2 is mounted on the surface of the protected facility with the sensors out and is fixed by the ears at the side of the device body with a supplied rubber strap. The device can also be mounted on the reference electrode bodies. Conductors from the device, pipeline and reference electrode (if any) are connected to the terminal box in a false manhole (in a metal body at the construction wall, in a measuring station or in the electrochemical protection device body).
